Getting started
What is RSVPs.me?
RSVPs.me is a simple event invite and RSVP tracking app. You create an event, add guests, send invites, and track responses in one place.
Who is it for?
It's built first for personal events like birthdays, anniversaries, dinners, weddings, housewarmings, and small gatherings, but it can also work for community or team events.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests can open their personalised invite link and respond without creating an account.
Sending invites
Can I send invites by email?
Yes. You can send invites directly from the app.
Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes, but in a simple way. You can copy invite text and send it manually through WhatsApp. Full automated WhatsApp sending is not part of the current beta.
Can I import a guest list?
Yes. You can add guests manually, paste in a list, or import a CSV.
Managing RSVPs
Can guests change their RSVP later?
Yes. Guests can use the same invite link to update their response.
Can I track who has replied?
Yes. You can see who has been invited, who has opened or clicked, and who has responded yes, no, or maybe.
Can I send reminders?
Yes. You can send reminders to guests who have not responded yet.
Can I duplicate an event?
Yes. If you run similar events repeatedly, you can duplicate an existing one and edit the details.
Pricing
Is there a free plan?
The product is currently free during beta. The planned pricing includes a free tier with up to 3 active events and 30 guests per event.
Will there be paid plans?
Yes. The current plan is: Free (3 active events, 30 guests per event, light branding), Pay-per-event (£6 per published event, up to 500 guests, no branding), and Annual pass (£19 per year, up to 50 events with 500 guests each).

Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The app is designed mobile-first.
Do you support public ticketed events?
Not at the moment. The current focus is simple invite-based events rather than ticketing or payments.
