A calmer way to organise invites
RSVPs.me was built around a simple idea: inviting people to an event should not feel harder than the event itself.
Most people end up piecing the process together from different tools. A few invites go by email. A few go by WhatsApp. Someone replies in a group chat. Someone else texts. Someone changes their mind. Then you end up checking notes, messages, and memory just to work out who is actually coming.
RSVPs.me brings that into one place.
You create an event, add guests, send invites, and track responses without turning the whole thing into admin. It is designed to feel clean, personal, and easy to use, especially on mobile.
The product is starting with personal events first: birthdays, anniversaries, dinners, weddings, and small gatherings. Over time it may grow, but the aim stays the same: make the process simpler, calmer, and more organised.
Why it exists
Because most event tools are either too basic to track properly or too heavy for real life. RSVPs.me sits in the middle: polished enough to feel good, simple enough to actually use.
What matters to us
RSVPs.me is currently in beta, which means the product is still being improved. That stage matters. It lets us refine the experience before expanding too far or adding bloat.
